Asalaamu Alaikum. We invite you to participate in an important survey conducted by the Muslim Sports Foundation in partnership with Mind. Our goal is to better understand how mental health is perceived within British Muslim communities. Whether you or a loved one has been affected by mental health challenges, or if it hasn't touched your life directly, your perspective is incredibly valuable.

The survey will take just a few minutes, and your input will help shape vital conversations and future support for British Muslims. Your voice can make a real differenceโ€”thank you for taking the time to share your insights!
