Be a Partner in a Historic Sadaqah Jariyah on Snowdon 🏔️🕌
Imagine a place where every step taken on a mountain trail brings you closer to Allah – and every prayer performed echoes as a lasting Sadaqah Jariyah.
In partnership with the Muslim Sports Foundation, Sport England, and Plas y Brenin – the UK’s National Outdoor Centre, we are creating something historic:
The first-ever dedicated Prayer Room in Snowdonia.
This space will serve thousands of trekkers, hikers, students, women’s groups, and outdoor enthusiasts every year – offering a clean, quiet, inclusive place for Salah with wudu facilities, prayer mats, and Qibla direction.
Join us for an inspiring and uplifting journey — a day-long trek up the breathtaking Mount Snowdon, the highest peak in Wales, organised by the Muslim Sport Foundation.
This isn’t just a hike. It’s a chance to challenge yourself, connect with others, and be part of something lasting.
Every step you take will help raise vital funds towards establishing a dedicated prayer room at Plas Y Brenin, creating a space for reflection, worship, and community for years to come.
Proposed Space:
Why It Matters?
Many Muslim visitors cite the lack of prayer facilities as a major barrier to enjoying the outdoors.
This prayer room will change that – providing a spiritual anchor at the heart of one of the UK’s most visited outdoor destinations.
Every prayer, every dua, every sajdah made here will be a Sadaqah Jariyah for YOU.
