What does being active as a family look like for you? It could be a walk after dinner, a trip to the park, a kickabout, a bike ride or even just spending more time moving together.

Small, consistent activity plays a big role in long-term physical and mental wellbeing, especially for children growing up.

But everyone’s experience is different. The Active Sunnah Survey is helping us understand how British Muslim families engage with physical activity, so future opportunities can better reflect real lifestyles and needs.
