Be Part of Mindful Sunnah: Express Your Interest

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week this May, and in partnership with Mind, a leading UK mental health charity, we are inviting mosques to take part in delivering a coordinated Mindful Sunnah Jummah Khutbah (Friday sermon).

This initiative aims to bring communities together to raise awareness of mental health, reduce stigma, and highlight the importance of seeking and offering support. By participating, mosques will play a vital role in promoting wellbeing through faith-based guidance rooted in the Sunnah.

We are currently inviting expressions of interest from mosques willing to deliver this khutbah during Mental Health Awareness Week. Participating mosques will receive guidance and resources to support the delivery of a meaningful and impactful message.

We are also keen to build on previous successful initiatives, such as the Active Sunnah campaign, where mosques collaborated to deliver a unified message. If your mosque was involved in similar efforts last year, we would be keen to hear from you as we look to strengthen and expand this approach.
