Ansaar Madrassa Football League Crowns 2024/25 Champions

The 2025 Ansaar Madrassa Football League (AMFL) season has come to a thrilling close, with champions crowned across all four age categories.

Organised by the Muslim Sports Foundation, this year’s AMFL once again proved to be more than just a football competition โ€” it was a celebration of unity, growth, and positive development among young Muslims across the region.

With spirited performances, unwavering sportsmanship, and deep-rooted values at the heart of every match, the AMFL continues to embody its core mission: to create a space where children can grow physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially, all while building lasting friendships and confidence.

More Than Just a League

The AMFL is built on the belief that sport โ€” when guided by faith and community โ€” becomes a powerful tool for transformation. Over the course of the season, players didnโ€™t just learn how to pass or defend; they learned the importance of sabr (patience), ikhlas (sincerity), and ukhuwwah (brotherhood). Coaches and volunteers acted as positive role models, ensuring every session was an opportunity for spiritual and personal growth.

“Watching these young brothers play with such determination, respect, and joy was inspiring,” said one parent. “Itโ€™s clear that the league is about more than winning โ€” itโ€™s about raising leaders, on and off the pitch.”

Looking Ahead

As we close this season and honour the accomplishments of our champions โ€” especially HGSC for topping three age groups โ€” we also look forward to whatโ€™s next. The Muslim Sports Foundation remains committed to growing the AMFL and further supporting our youth in their journeys toward excellence, both in this life and the next.
